Уже который день даю себе обещание ложиться спать пораньше и вставать как нормальные люди утром, а не после полудня. Бесполезно, если никуда рано утром не надо, то могу спать без зазрения совести. Жаль, что некоторые нужные мне учреждения не работают по ночам, хех.
В связи с желанием превратиться из совы в жаворонка прибегла к статьям по этой теме из интернета. Прочитала несколько и выписала парочку советов:
- как не прискорбно, но надо отказаться от сладкого за несколько часов до сна;
- то же самое и с питьём, не пить чай (там кофеин);
- послушать спокойную музыку перед сном;
- стараться каждый день вставать в одно и то же время;
- поставить перед собой эту самую цель - превратиться в жаворонка.
Эхх, тяжела судьба фрилансера))

Useless, if I don`t need to go anywhere in the morning, I can sleep without a twinge of conscience. Pity that some establishments that I need don`t work at nights, heh. In connection with the desire to turn from owl to lark, I read some articles on this topic in the Internet. Read few and wrote down couple of tips:
- sadly, but there is need to abandon sweets for a few hours before the bedtime;
- same thing is with drinking, do not drink tea (there is caffeine);
- listen to quiet music before bedtime;
- try to get up at the same time every day;
- set a purpose - to turn to lark.
Ehh, what a hard fate of freelancer.

Oh, yes! I did it! Met guests and we had a great time in sunny St-Petersburg. Thanx to weather we could take many nice photos. Now doing cleaning again, lol. Soon new guests will come, guess that I will need to take a rest from St-P...
Later will read comments on top rated recent movies, wanna watch something new and fresh.

Phew...
I survived! Had a great cleaning at home, guests arriving tomorrow morning. Even washed my windows from both sides and now I can see the World clearer, wonder why I havent done it before, cause this job really made my mood better :)
Next week gonna be a guide in Petersburg for my guests, hope the weather will be fine...
Um, today in Saint-Petersburg we gonna have "Scarlet Sails" (in Russian "Алые паруса"), annual celebration of the school graduation.

Raining whole day long, ehh. For me it`s fine, cause I`m staying at home, laying under warm blanket, drinking hot tea and surfing on twitter...but poor tourists!!! No white nights seen and so many puddles, real Northern Venice :) If you are going to visit Saint-Petersburg this week - don`t forget to bring your umbrella and rain boots! But there is a big "+" in such long raining - mushrooms and bilberries, mmm! Can`t wait to go to forrest and feed mosquitos, hehe

Уже вступила в несколько сообществ.
Благодаря погоде, у меня есть время, чтобы тут полазить.
В зависимости от настроения и наличия времени буду писать тут на 2 языках))
